Summary: This 1974-75 Fender Telecaster was made in Fullerton, California, traditionally styled with natural polyester finish, ash body, maple neck, and has it’s original black tolex hard shell case. This Tele is very solid, offering the typically sparkling late '60s-'70s sound, but with some thump, and not brittle sounding.


Body: Ash in Natural finish.


Neck: Maple  with a Maple fingerboard,  25.5” scale length,  1.67” nut width, 21 frets, black dot inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware: Original Fender pickups, F stamped tuning keys, steel saddle bridge, chrome knurled knobs, replacement brass nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. The back of the neck has nicks/impressions that do not affect playablilty, and the frets show minimal wear. The fretboard has 3 spots where it looks like someone tried to fill in the wood. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.


Modifications: New Brass nut, new tone pot, and the switch tip for the pickup selector has been replaced (original switch tip is included in the case).  


Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets
