Summary: This Fender Telecaster Bass has a story to tell as singular as the Tele Bass itself. The first Fender reissue, this bass has been refinished in natural style, and sports a Gibson Mudbucker and TV Jones pickup, with a blend knob for unique tones. It has that Badass Bass thump and a lovely articulation up and down the neck. 

 

Body: Ash in refinished natural finish. 



Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 34” scale length, 1.74” nut width, 20 frets, black dots inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware: Gibson Mudbucker in the neck - TV Jones pickup in the bridge, Fender tuning keys, Badass BASS III bridge, chrome knobs, Blend between pickups (1st knob) Volume/Tone combo (2nd knob), brass nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. It has been refinished to natural, and has an authentic relic’d vibe. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.




Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
