This 2023 Fender James Burton Signature Telecaster Blue Paisley, the first signature Telecaster model, and today's James Burton Telecaster is as fiery as ever, with three pickups, special switching, gold hardware, gorgeous paisley-flame finishes and more.James Burton influenced generations of rock guitar royalty with his perfectly phrased late-'50s/early-'60s Tele work with Ricky Nelson, and his later stints with Elvis Presley, Emmylou Harris, Elvis Costello and many others only furthered his revered elder-statesman status.

Body: Basswood in Blue Paisley Flames finish.

Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, black dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Fender Specially Designed James Burton single coil pickups, S-1 switch, deluxe cast/sealed with pearl buttons tuning keys, 6-saddle American Series strings-thru-body Strat with block-style saddles bridge, knurled flat top knobs, synthetic bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
